As both an elected official and a member of the clergy, May has also superbly built a bridge between faith and politics in his latest work, “My God, My Politics: A Discussion on Faith and Politics.” In this book, May uses his personal experiences in both worlds to bring clarity for the layperson, telling them that their faith, in fact, can and should inform their politics. May tells us that, “People of faith have every right to inject their faith into the political discourse of this nation.”
